Welcome to Jersey Pro Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and Jersey Pro Hub ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of our online storefront, bespoke custom jersey embroidery services, and international fulfillment network.
Key Agreement Summary
1. General Conditions & Eligibility
By accessing our storefront, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your express consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we detect fraudulent activity, payment discrepancies, or violations of these Terms.
2. Merchandise Standards, Stitched Craftsmanship & Custom Orders
Jersey Pro Hub specializes in high-grade athletic apparel featuring reinforced tackle-twill stitching and pro-grade breathable polyester mesh across multiple athletic sporting leagues:
- Visual Display & Colors: We make every effort to display the colors, font alignments, and textures of our jerseys accurately. However, because display settings vary across computer monitors and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be 100% identical to the physical fabric.
- Custom Tailoring Input: Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of personalized names, commemorative text, and roster numbers submitted during checkout. Once production cutting and embroidery commence, bespoke items cannot be modified or canceled free of charge due to customer-submitted typos.
- Production Tolerances: Manual garment assembly allows for a standard industry variance of approximately 1–3 cm (0.5–1 inch) in dimensional measurements, which is not considered a manufacturing defect.
3. Pricing, Payments & Order Acceptance
All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise specified by localized currency selectors. Prices for our merchandise are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Verification & Payment Processing
Payment must be received and validated prior to order dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and verified electronic payment gateways. In the event that an order is flagged by our risk assessment algorithms for billing irregularities or shipping discrepancies, we reserve the right to request additional identification verification or cancel the transaction with a full refund.
4. Shipping Rates, Risk of Loss & Logistics
Fulfillment and shipping operations are conducted pursuant to our official Shipping Policy:

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Jersey Pro Hub are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the international or domestic logistics carrier. In the rare event of in-transit parcel loss confirmed by carrier tracking, our support desk will issue an immediate replacement or insurance settlement.
5. 30-Day Returns, Replacements & Order Cancellations
All return requests, exchanges, and warranty inquiries are strictly governed by our official Return & Refund Policy:
- Standard 30-Day Window: Unworn, unwashed jerseys with original tags intact may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of documented delivery.
- Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: If an item arrives damaged or featuring workshop embroidery errors, Jersey Pro Hub will supply a 100% free replacement or full refund upon inspection of photo evidence sent to jerseyhelp@hotmail.com.
- 12-Hour Cancellation Window: Because batch processing and embroidery setup occur swiftly, cancellations or modifications must be formally submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
6. Prohibited Site Uses & Code of Conduct
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
- To upload or transmit viruses, malware, worms, or any other type of malicious code that will affect platform security.
- To collect or track the personal information of other users, or to engage in unauthorized data scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting.
- To impersonate any person, brand representative, or commercial sports entity.
7. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks
All content included on or comprising this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, vector diagrams, code scripts, and digital downloads, is the property of Jersey Pro Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free.
In no case shall Jersey Pro Hub, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, fulfillment partners, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial laws and regulations.
In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to your purchase or these Terms, you agree to first attempt informal resolution in good faith by contacting our dedicated support desk at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com prior to initiating external legal or banking chargeback proceedings.
10. Severability & Entire Agreement
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, along with our posted policies, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Jersey Pro Hub.
