3. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your parcel is scanned into the logistics sorting hub, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number and a tracking link will be dispatched to your registered email address.
You can track real-time checkpoint updates anytime on our Track Your Order page or via global carriers such as 17Track. Please note that initial checkpoint synchronization may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.
4. Address Accuracy & Modifications
To maintain rapid delivery turnaround times, our warehouse begins preparing packages shortly after purchase confirmation.
- 12-Hour Modification Window: If you need to update your delivery address, recipient name, or jersey sizing, please contact jerseyhelp@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Post-Dispatch Inquiries: Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has left our fulfillment facility, address redirections cannot be made directly by our team. You may contact your local post carrier using your tracking details to request localized hold-for-pickup arrangements.
5. Customs Duties & Delivery Guarantees
Customs & Import Taxes
For most standard destinations, sports apparel parcels pass through routine postal clearance without additional charges. However, any local import duties or VAT incurred according to regional customs policies remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Shipment Protection
Every shipment is covered against in-transit loss. If tracking indicates no updates for over 15 business days, or if an item arrives visibly damaged, email jerseyhelp@hotmail.com with your order number (#JPH) for an immediate replacement or full resolution.
